Care built around where you actually are in life

BUILDING MENTAL WEALTH

Individual

Individual Therapy

This is your space. No performing, no filtering, just room to unpack what's actually going on and figure out what you want to do about it.

Men's Mental Health

Where "I'm good" doesn't have to be the answer. We get into stress, anger, and the pressure to hold it all together, without making you feel like you have to explain why being "good" matters

Family Therapy

Families get loud, or they get quiet, either way, something's not connecting. We help everyone actually hear each other again.

Parent/Teen Conflict

The gap between "you think you grown" and "you don't get it" is closable. We help parents and teens in the middle, building respect that doesn't require anyone to lose

Family & Couples

Couples Therapy

Every relationship hits static. We help you turn the volume down on the arguing and turn it up on the actual conversation. Rebuild trust and get back to why you chose each other in the first place.

Groups

Ages 11–14 & 14–17

We Got Next

Built for students figuring out who they are as an individual. Real talk, real accountability, real counseling.

Ages 18–25

You Got Now

Adulting hits different when your teenage years got hijacked by a pandemic. This is a space to sort out identity, relationships, and purpose with a group of peers who get it.

Ages 25+

Adult Men

Marriage, fatherhood, responsibility. The stuff men carry but rarely talk about. This group is a safe space for an hour, with healed men walking the same path.

Outdoor Therapy

WE OUTSIDE THERAPY

Therapy that steps outside the office

This is where we really get down at Green Shore. Some of the realest conversations don't happen sitting across from someone in an office chair or through a computer screen. They happen shoulder to shoulder, moving, with nothing but trees and open sky around you.

No need to do therapy on your phone from the driveway. Let's just step outside. A space to think, walk it out, and say what's on your mind.
